Registration
The registration rate for the Auto Remarketing Canada Conference, April 23-25 2008, is $795 per person. To register, either complete the online registration form and submit it online, fax it to 919-674-6027, or call 800-608-7500 to complete the registration over the phone.

Namebadges
Namebadges will be issued at the conference when you check in at the registration desk. Namebadges will be required for all general session, workshop and reception functions throughout the conference.

Cancellations
Auto Remarketing Conferences allows for a prompt refund, less a $149 administration fee, for all cancellations received in writing by Wednesday, March 26, 2008. After March 26, no refunds will be given, but a credit will be immediately issued to a future Auto Remarketing Conference of the registrant's choice. Substitutions can be made up to the beginning of the conference. The Auto Remarketing Conferences reserves the right to alter the program without prior notice.

Discount Airfare
Auto Remarketing Conferences has arranged for discounted airfare for Auto Remarketing Canada, courtesy of American Airlines into the Montréal-Trudeau Airport (YUL). In order to receive the discounted rate, you must book your airfare through American Airlines using the promotional code A6748BM. Hotel
The Auto Remarketing Canada Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Montréal, 1255 Jeanne-Mance Montréal, Quebec Canada H5B 1E5. To make reservations, call 800-361-8234 and reference the booking code G-CHER. The rate for conference attendees is $179/night. Reservations must be made by April 2nd, 2008 to ensure rate and room availability.

Passports
We urge that all U.S. auto professionals planning to attend the conference to ensure they have a valid U.S. Passport. "U.S. law requires that Americans entering the U.S. from Canada by air (including those returning by air from short trips to Canada ) must have a valid passport," according to the U.S. State Department. Dress Code
The dress code for the entire conference is Business Casual.

Follow the signs for Highway 20 East/Est towards Montréal

-Follow the signs for Autoroute Ville-Marie 720 East/Est and keep right.
-Take exit 6 Berri/St-Laurent, direction St-Laurent Street. up to Rene-Levesque Blvd.
-Turn left on Rene-Levesque Blvd then turn right on Jeanne-Mance Street.
-We are located on the right hand side of Jeanne-Mance Street and the corner of St. Catherine Street.
