Registration
The registration rate for iRemarketing $995 per person. To register, please complete the online registration form. You may submit it online at the time of registration or fax it to 919-674-6027. You may also call 1-800-608-7500 to complete your registration over the phone.
Namebadges
Namebadges will be issued at the conference when you check in at the registration desk. Namebadges will be required for all general sessions, workshops and reception functions thorughout the conference.
Cancellations
Auto Remarketing Conferences allows for a prompt refund, less a $149 administration fee, for all cancellations received in writing by Wednesday, April 23, 2008. After April 23, no refunds will be given, but a credit will be immediately issued to a future Auto Remarketing Conference of the registrant's choice. Attendee substitutions can be made up to the beginning of the conference. The Auto Remarketing Conferences reserves the right to alter the program without prior notice.
Discount Airfare
Auto Remarketing Conferences has arranged for discounted airfare for iRemarketing 2008, courtesy of American Airlines into the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). In order to receive the discounted rate, you must book your airfare through American Airlines using the promotional code A2858BE. To book your airfare online, please visit www.aa.com, or by phone, call 1-800-433-7300. There is a travel window of 3 days before the meeting and 3 days after the meeting.
Hotel
iRemarketing will be held at the Wigwam Golf Resort and Spa. To make reservations, call (623) 935-3811 and ask for the CPE21A rate. The rate for conference attendees is $219/night. Reservations must be made by April 30, 2008 to ensure rate and room availability.
Spouse Rate
The spouse rate for the iRemarketing conference is $195. Registered spouses will receive a name badge at check in. This name badge will give them access to all functions in the exhibit hall. For security reasons, no one will be allowed to enter the exhibit hall without a name badge.
Dress Code
The dress code for the entire conference is business casual.
Directions from the Airport
The Wigwam is located just 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Take I-10 West to Lichfield Road Exit 128. Turn right (North) 2.4 miles to Wigwam Boulevard. Turn right (East) and proceed 1 1/2blocks (past stop sign) to entrance. The resort owns and operates an in-house limousine and shuttle service, providing transportation to and from Sky Harbor International Airport. Please call in advance to make arrangements. Car rental is also available on property. Call 623.935.3811 for an airport shuttle pickup.
