Attendee Information

Registration: The registration rate for the National Remarketing Conference is $995 per person. To register, please complete the online registration form. You may submit it online at the time of registration or fax it to 919-674-6027. You may also call 1-800-608-7500 to complete your registration over the phone.

Namebadges: Namebadges will be issued at the conference when you check in at the registration desk. Namebadges will be required for all general sessions, workshops and reception functions throughout the conference.

Cancellations: After Sept. 22, no refunds will be given, but a credit will be immediately issued to a future Auto Remarketing Conference of the registrant's choice. Attendee substitutions can be made up to the beginning of the conference. The Auto Remarketing Conferences reserves the right to alter the program without prior notice.

Discount Airfare
Auto Remarketing Conferences has arranged for discounted airfare for NRC 2008, courtesy of American Airlines into the San Diego-Lindbergh Field Airport (SAN). In order to receive the discounted rate, you must book your airfare through American Airlines using the promotional code A24H8AI. To book your airfare online, please visit www.aa.com, or by phone, call 1-800-433-7300. There is a travel window of 3 days before the meeting and 3 days after the meeting.

Hotel: NRC will be held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt. To make reservations, call (800) 233-1234 and ask for the National Remarketing Conference rate. You can also make your reservation online by visiting the Auto Remarketing and Manchester Grand Hyatt website.

Spouse Rate: The spouse rate for NRC is $195. Registered spouses will receive a name badge at check in. This name badge will give them access to all functions in the exhibit hall. For security reasons, no one will be allowed to enter the exhibit hall without a name badge.

Dress Code: The dress code for the entire conference is business casual.

From the Airport: From San Diego International Airport (Lindbergh Field): approximately 3 miles When exiting the terminals, follow the signs to Downtown San Diego and Interstate 5. Stay in the right lane and this will deposit you onto North Harbor Drive. Continue south on North Harbor Drive approximately 3 miles along the waterfront. Go one block past the Seaport Village entrance (Kettner Boulevard). Turn right at Market Place into the Hotel's main entrance.
